Power Bi desktop to server Publishing - Horribly slow

We are trying to publish a brad new report from Power Bi desktop to server and it very very slow

1. first of all, there is no progress bar to indicate , how far the publishing processed

2. its painstakingly slow 

Any guidance on how to work around this challenge?

Hello @veturikk ,

it's either because of internet connection, or and this happens if the report in service is refreshing then it wait for the refresh to finish then it publishes.
