Power Bi Theme change based on passed filter

Hello,

  I have created a very plane report pulling data from one file. I created the report with a blue colorWe are embedding that report on a web page. I created two different themes, where the background color of the canvas is different.  Based on the user that logs into the website, I am calling the PowerBI report with two different themes. I expect the report to have different colors, based on the theme that is applied, but this is not happening. It seems to ignore the passed theme and default to the colors used in the published project file. Any ideas why?
