Power Bi Table visual - how to show all rows without any scroll bar
Hi,
I have a Table visual which automatically added vertical scroll bars so the end user can fit it on one page and scroll through the rows.
However if the user wants to print the report, they only see what is on screen.
My question is, how do you make the Table Visual display all results and no vertical scroll bar?

Hello Rarebit,
In Power BI, there is nothing we can do, we can't remove scrool bar right now. But if you'd like to print all rows in table. I recommend you to use paginated report. İt prints all rows.

Is there a way to put a button on the Power Bi report to export it as a PDF?

Hello Rarebit ,
My first suggestion will be to use paginated report. Then you can set subscription to export the report as PDF and mail it directly to end user or simply save it to your desktop machine.
You can try an alternate below using power automate visual in power BI.- If your organization has Power Automate, you can add a Power Automate visual button to the report to automate the export to PDF process.
- In Power Automate, create a flow that exports the Power BI report as a PDF and emails it to the user.
- Embed the Power Automate visual on your report page so users can trigger the flow with a click.
Otherwise, you can use Export in Power BI Service.

the table visual itself can not disable the scrollbars, here are some workarounds:

Ok thanks. I suppose you can still do the Export data option on the table and open the filters set via excel

- Adjust the Row Padding to minimize the height of each row. This will help to fit more rows in the visual without needing a scrollbar.
- Make sure the visual is large enough to accommodate all the rows without needing to scroll.
- You can export data of the Table viual

That sounds interesting, can you do the following on a regular (non paginated report)?
- In Power Automate, create a flow that exports the Power BI report as a PDF and emails it to the user.
- Embed the Power Automate visual on your report page so users can trigger the flow with a click.
Also, is there any links/ step by step on how to do both these steps on a non paginated report?
