Power Bi_Service Now
Hello Expert,
I got your point and its good
Access your data model ( dataset ) from Excel, go to Service > Datasets > More Options > Analyze in Exel. to through Email
would it it be auto refresh that means there are 1500 more records added before 5 or 10 mins . Can we do this with CSV files as it takes more records than ever

It depends on your dataset.
- pro users can set up to 8 schedules a day every 30 min.
- the premium can set up to 48 schedules a day every 30 min.
- the direct query is live.
the only way you can use it in excel is through pivot tables.
power bi was not intended for data exports.
