Hi Anonymous
There are many ways you can access the data in Power Bi Service ( please see the bullet points below ), however, I don't think there is a way of scheduling data exports as Power Bi was designed for use in a cloud.
If you need to prompt users to check their reports, you can set up dashboards and alerts on certain events that will send emails
- You can download the data for specific visuals in CSV or xlsx format.
- Access your data model ( dataset ) from Excel, go to Service > Datasets > More Options > Analyze in Exel.
- You can analyze your model in SSMS, or DAX Studio

Hello Expert,
I got your point and its good
Access your data model ( dataset ) from Excel, go to Service > Datasets > More Options > Analyze in Exel. to through Email
would it it be auto refresh that means there are 1500 more records added before 5 or 10 mins . Can we do this with CSV files as it takes more records than ever
