Does anyone know if it's possible to trigger a bookmark with a measure?
So what I'm looking at doing is having a graph on a report and if the data is blank then I want to display a picture - I'm not sure if this is possible so thought that if the data is blank I can assign that to a measure so if measure = 1 (for data) then a graph is displayed - if measure = 0 (for no data) then it calls a bookmark and shows a picture instead...
Unless there is another way this can be done?

@mwild , what we do in such case we put ca card visual in top of the visual, then use color measure in field formatting of the card
Color measure = if([Measure] =1, "#FFFFFF00", "#FFFFFF")
use this in conditional formatting of card both for background and text using field value option
