Power Bi Maps Bubble Border based on a column flag

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to show thw Power BI Maps bubble border when one of the column is equal to 1. I try to search fto set the Map Bubble border but i don't see any option in Power BI.

Is there any way we can set the Default Power BI Maps Visual Bubble Border based on the column value?
