Super UserSnoue , Please check if there is windows update pending, I faced that once. Power bi was lagging and that got corrected after windows update
@amitchandak I installed the pending updates, restarted my system but it is still lagging. This is quite frustrating and confusing as I installed it on a system with lower specs and its working just fine
