Power Bi Desktop acting weird

Hello,

I faced a weird bug today. My report pages are not shown correctly. Yesterday everything was fine.

Page names missing, buttons missing text, visualizations missing titles and row headers, slicers missing headers and most values inside them, charts have turquoise vertical lines and when selecting visualization they change to black and are thicker than before. Problem does not exist on every page, button etc. but most of them.

Any suggestions how to fix this? Update problem, driver problem? Problem exist on every pbix file now. Desktop version is 2.116.966.0 64-bit (April 2023). Rebooting computer or emptying cache didn't help. I thought that it was enabling Hyper-V on my laptop (needed for Android emulator) yesterday but if I disable it problem still exist after reboot.
