Power Bi Desktop Report Blank

Hi , 

Am trying to use the power bi existing template in the power bi desktop but the report shows blank post sync with db server. 

if you see the screen 1 it is loading the data and connecting with  source server. 

screen shot 2 the report is blank. i used the same report and sync the data and publish in the cloud, i never had this issue before. i highly appricate your support.
