Power Bi Desktop Country and Cost by Country fields empty
What type of Visualization are you trying to use and what kind of data is in each of those columns? Often in my experience this is caused by underlying defaults of data types or attempting to use a type of data the visula is not built to handle. For example.....

By Changing the data type to something numeric I can now generate the chart:
Thank you for taking the time to respond. It's much appreciated. The data is very basic (see below) and I've checked and it's set to "whole number" and "text". The visualization that we're trying to use is the Map.
I'm beginnging to wonder whether it's possibly blocked on our corporate broadband.

I think you may be right, I tried to recreate the chart based on the data you showed and I am able to see the map correctly. The maps require an internet connection to render

After testing on a seperate broadband line as opposed to our corporate network it does appear that it works on an unfiltered line. Now it's a case of trying to work out where Power BI goes to for it's mapping information. Think it's probably Bing maps but I think it needs more investigation. Thanks for your help.
