Power Bi Data refresh error - Timeout Error

The automatic refresh for my report is failing and gives the error "Microsoft SQL: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.". The query is running successfully on MSSMS and there are around 3 million records. Urgent help needed.

    navas009 ,

Are you transforming something using Power Query ? Or even using duplicate/referencing any query ?

Yes, we are duplicating the records and pivoting the columns
