There are some minimum requirements to run Power BI Desktop, you can refer this official document Get Power BI Desktop to check the configuration of your PC. Then you can try to run Power BI Desktop as administrator. If it doesn't work, you can refer Get help with other launch issues.

Anonymous , Seem like the issue happened after March 2021 update. Uninstall and reinstall and try.
Also, check if some else faced any issue - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
Thats strange because I only installed the program yesterday..
