Power BI with BW4HANA

Hi Experts,
We are planning to use SAP BW/4HANA with Power BI and thinking to reuse the Security (Kerberos SSO) and Aggregations defined in BW/4HANA for Power BI reports also. I have the following questions -
1. Is it supported officially? (as from the supported source list I can see BW and HANA but not BW4HANA!)
2. In this situation what is recommended - SAP BW connector or using HANA connector?
3. Anyone successfully used it already, hiccups faced and any known issues (apart from what in Power BI documentation page) ?

Thanks @v-kelly-msft  (Kelly) for the update.
I have seen the SAP links and MS links. My main issue is MS doesn't tell anything about BW4HANA and it's not in supported source system list either. Note- BW and BW4HANA are not the same.
Can you please check internally with product team or someone who can answer this beyond the documentation.
