Power BI visual layout is different online vs on desktop

Hi everyone, 

How can I stop this behavior in Power BI:

I size all my visuals in desktop so they are perfect. When I publish to web, matrix visuals get scroll bars, card visuals that were lined up perfectly with a textbox containing commentary are out of line and overlap text. 

On Power BI Desktop:

@Carlos_23486846 , Clear browser cache -> refresh and try

Republish -> Clear browser cache -> refresh and try 

Check if the full screen. is it an issue related to zoom in browser?
