Power BI to Smartsheet Sync Issue

Hi Team,

We have used Datasource as Smartsheet to PowerBI,and created reports in Power BI 

When we are adding new data in Smartsheet it is not updating in PowerBI reports,

is there anyway to sync the data in PowerBI? or do we need to change any settings to sync the data?

There are a few ways to sync the data from Smartsheet to Power BI.

One way is to use the Smartsheet template app for Power BI, which provides a dashboard, reports, and dataset that show an overview of your Smartsheet account. You can install the app from the Power BI apps tab and connect it with your Smartsheet credentials. The app will automatically refresh the data every hour.

Another way is to use the Smartsheet desktop connector for Power BI, which allows you to choose any combination of sheets and reports in Smartsheet and visualize them in Power BI. You can download the desktop connector from the Power BI website and enter your Smartsheet credentials. You can then select the data sources you want and load them into Power BI. You can also refresh the data manually or schedule a refresh frequency.

A third way is to use the CData Connect Cloud, which is a cloud service that provides live access to Smartsheet data from any application that supports OData. You can create a CData Connect Cloud account and connect it with your Smartsheet account. You can then use Power BI Desktop to connect to CData Connect Cloud and select the tables you want to import. You can then publish your report to PowerBI.com and use a gateway to refresh the data.
