Hi! I'm new to MSFT and all of it's products so please remember that when replying 🙂
I'm managing a team of creatives. All of our projects are in MSFT Project Web. We are connected to a power BI which shows an over view of project status. On time, late, etc. What it doesn't show is what the team is doing.
I want to be able to look at a calendar and see that Joe is booked from July 1 - July 10 for 4 hours a day and from July 7 -July 10 for 6 hours a day which would show me that he is over booked for 4 days.
I've downloaded several calendar and gantt chart visuals, but nothing is panning out. When I try to filter by tasks, it just goes blank.
I'd appreciate any assistance. I've Binged and haven't found anything in the forum. it's a huge blocker for my team and we are resorting to an excel to keep track of resource allocation. Thanks Lynn

Hi! Thanks for sending. I'm already connected and we are using Project Web, not Project Online.
I literally want to see a calendar view of who is doing what when.
