You can publish your reports to the power BI service, and share them with anyone, even outside your organization. But they need to have a power BI account on the powerbi.com website. (it's free).
You can add members to your workspace, who can view and edit your reports, depending on what permissions you give them, but they also need to have a pro license.
You can share the power BI desktop file with anyone, just like you would share any other file, but the other person would need to have power BI desktop installed on their system.
Simple answer: Yes, you can. Just make sure you tell the other person to register on powerbi.com.

I meant if I create a set of dashboards for example that reads from My CRM which is out of the box.
Suppose another client has a CRM out of the box – can I send him the built dashboards that I created and he uses them?
