    Good question. You can perhaps create a bookmark only for the table. Than they have to reset via a button the table. The ppl open the report, have their last slicer selections. And they reset with the button the matrix

You have to prevent them to save their own "view". First point persistent filter:

    andhiii079845 Thank you for your reply.  Your approach does indeed return the report to use the original sort order.  At the same time, it returns all of the slicer selections to the original values.

     

    I am going to leave this open for a little longer

     

    By the way, I wasn't expecting any answer to this question.  Your answer was far more than I expected.

    ??? The word 'View' does not appear in this list. What is a First Point persistent filter?
