Power BI table export

If I export my table into excel, I am getting a line at last saying "No filters applied". Is there any option to remove it while exporting?

  • Hi Deva__ ,

That line — “No filters applied” — is automatically added by Power BI when you export data. It’s not coming from your table or measure.

It can not be removed but you can try alternatives:-

    1. Remove it in excel after export
    2. Use paginated reports
    3. Instead of exporting visual try copy and paste in excel (Right-click → Copy table)
    4. Use power automate (Export after cleaning the table)

  • This line is automatically appended by Power BI during export to indicate the filter state at the time of export and cannot be suppressed through any report or visual setting.

Can you please elaborate on paginated reports approach?
