Power BI subscription: Custom From address

Hi Everyone,

I have a Power BI subscription set up, and currently, the recipients are receiving emails from a Microsoft account. However, I would like them to receive emails from my personal account instead of the Microsoft account. Is this possible in Power BI? If so, could you please guide me through the steps to set this up?

Thanks in advance.

Consider using Power Automate instead. There you can control the content of the email and specify a "Send on behalf of".

Hi @RKK ,

When you refer a personal account is it a M365 account instead of the generic service account?

You cannot change the address of the email where the subscriptions is sent since it's based on and automation and not a specific user, altough is setup by a specific user.
