So I set-up Nexa Bold font to be my default font using Json theme. When I create some visual, in visualization pane, in dropdown menu for choosing font Nexa Bold is selected, but text is visualized in Times New Roman font. Before all of this actions I downloaded Nexa Bold font and installed it, it works perfectly in PowerPoint for example, but there is a problem in Power BI. Also to note that my json file is in right format, it works perfectly with some other fonts, but not with Nexa Bold.

Do you have "nexa bold" front installed in your server?
As tested, if your computer doesn't install this front, with custom theme json file imported in Power BI, it doesn't work as expected.

All you have to do is install the font first on your compputer or mobile.
if you applied the code on powerbi , restart na powerbi and it will be show the correct font
