Power BI report sharing with external users

Dear Experts ,

We have a Power BI dashboard which has to be shared with the external users .

1. The requirement is , while sharing the dashboard , restrict the users to the data set where they should have the access. 

2. The external users do not have any power bi license  , but the report has to be shared with them in a automated fashion.
