Power BI report embedded in Power Point: slide preview missing
Hello,
I embedded a power bi report into a power point presentation. This works fine. However there is an issue with the preview of the specific power point slide with the power bi report on it.
Instead of a proper displayed preview of this slide there is only a power bi symbol shown (Take a look at the screenshot below.).
The problem occurs in the "regular" power point view as well as in presentation mode.
It seems that power point loads the power bi content on this slide only when it is selected.
Especially in presentation mode this makes it diffcult for the presenter to prepare for the next slide since the preview shows no content.
Is there possibly an issue with my power point settings?
I am using power point 365 version 2405 Build 16.0.17628.20006.

Hi Anonymous -PowerPoint may not fully render the content of an embedded Power BI report until the slide is selected, which can cause the preview to show only the Power BI symbol.
Make sure both PowerPoint and Power BI are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes, bugs and issues are resolved in newer releases.

try to check and re-embed the report again from ppt as below from your didicated workspace.

After my testing, the following method is for your reference, hope it helps.
You can try to uncheck the "Disable hardware graphics acceleration" option.
