Power BI report Builder and Power BI, what's the difference?

Hi All,

So I'm kind of new to Power BI report builder. I'm curious to know what is the main benefit of creating these paginated reports. My team is currently using Power BI Desktop to create financial reports, I've noticed online that a lot of the financial templates are now just built on Power BI report builder. Would I be correct in saying this?

What would you say are the main stand out features of Power BI Report Builder?. How would you sell the software to me?

Here's a link for paginated reports.  Power BI paginated reports are basically the same thing as SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports.  Good for reports that are static and won't change...invoices, client statements, daily work lists, etc.  Only a feature of Power BI Premium.

Power BI reports are not.  They're dynamic, interactive, etc.

The two things serve two entirely different purposes.
