You can configure your credentials as shown below. Scheduled refresh will work only if your credentials are configured correctly:

click on your online workspace or where you are loaded your semantic model.then click on your semantic model schedule refresh.then click on gateway and cloud connection and then manager connections and gatewy.under connection heading click check status, click on round arrows if they are not online then contact your database support team or check your database connection.

All my connections is on.
Still i have random refresh problem.
Work and dont work.
Any suggestions ?
