Power BI receives parameters

I'm not clear on what you mean.  What PHP parameters do you refer to?  Session variables?  Query string params?

You can certainly set up a PHP script to pass info to PBI via a web connection.

Maybe if you can supply an example of what you are trying to do that would help.
