Power BI options for a Tableau Visual

Currently we are rebuilding Tableau Dashboards in Power BI and now I received a request to build a visual as below.

I don't know the name of the visual, but for me it is a combination stacked bar chart. Does someone have a suggestion how to create in Power BI?

    Maybe you could create a python/R visual.
