Hi, newbie here in the forum, already searched fo this everywhere and the only discussion about this was from 2017, dead end post.
Simple problem: I've created a report in desktop Power BI, customized it with the Phone Layout view and published it online.
When I open the report on my phone (Samsung S7 Edge), either on Chrome or Samsung Internet App, it only shows the desktop view. Asked a friend to open it on his iPhone X, Safari, same problem.
Can you advise how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You should get the mobile app and view the report in the mobile app instead of browser in your phone. For more details, please check the online document.

Hmmm thanks v-frfei-mst... it worked like you said...
Problem is, I need to send these reports for users who dont have access or knowledge to install/access Power BI mobile, using it direct from the browser is the easiest way for them.
No other workaround I suppose?
