Advocate IPower BI not showing all data labels
Thanks for your help.
I solved the problem. In fact i needed to put label format to 100% (used to be 50%)
Don't know exactly what it means but all i know is that it works ! :)

Based on my test in Power BI Desktop version 2.40.4554.463, after enable the Data Labels, data labels will display in all stacked bars within a stacked column chart, see:
In your scenario, please try to update the Power BI desktop to version 2.40.4554.463.

travbumSean - Looking at your link, the images show columns in a bar chart that don't have values displayed, so perhaps it's not possible: (Music, Movies and Audio column and TV and Video column)
