Power BI not refreshing data from API link

Hi Team,

I have an issue in refreshing data from API link in PowerBI Desktop. Below is a sample of API link that i have. 

When i add this API link like "Get Data-->web-->URL link, it works fine and fetches the data for example 2645 rows. However, when i try to refresh the data it does gives the same 2645 rows and doensnt add the new rows into the dataset.

I tried to download the data from the same link in CSV format with two time intervals. and it did fetch me the latest data when i ran it for the second time. 

So could be the reason for this behaviour and how can i resolve this? All i need is when refresh is clicked it has to fetch me the dataset with latest records in it.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

When you refresh data, it refreshs success but just return the same result right?

If so, when you got data from the url at the first time, how long did you refresh it and get the same result? During the time inveral, when did the data source change?

Could you please share some screen shots for further discussion?

The answer to your questions are :

If so, when you got data from the url at the first time, how long did you refresh it and get the same result? During the time inveral, when did the data source change?  - It takes the same amout of time when i refresh compared to the first time load.  No change in the data source happens. I have given the custom start as 202-07-09 and custom end as 2020-08-31.  I just tried to change the custom date to any other date for example 2020-08-30, then in gets me the latest data. but when i run it again with the same customer end date it gives me the data which it loaded first time. 

Could you please share some screen shots for further discussion? Sorry i cant as its production data and i cant reproduce the sample with anyother datasource.
