Power BI not pickinig up files from SharePoint

I have the Power BI to pick up excel files from SharePoint based on key words. It has been working fine, but has not been picking up new files using the same key words uploaded recently. 

I tried to create a new query and look up for the new files from the Sharepoint, but the new files uploaded are not appearing in the query. Does it look like a Sharepoint issue?

At the end, it is an issue caused by AWS server.

Hey, 
not sure if you're facing the same issue that I was, but if the file is open on browser, you'll need to close it before it's available and visible on powerBI.

Thanks, I checked that the files are not open. Not sure if there is limit of the number of files power bi can query from SharePoint?
