Helper IIIPower BI model
Hi ani_informa ,
For classic work space, all the admin in it can create new reprots using the dataset. Also you can change the workspace to that Member can edit Power bi content.
For new workspace, all the roles except viewer can edit the content in it. You can refer to the online document.

Helper IIII do not see the like screen you have shared ... I am getting options like following under "Workspace setting". Even I do not see option under "Workspace Access".
