Power BI license

Hi All,

I have Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) license with shared workspace.

No other users will develop any reports or Dashboard.

 

What are best option of a company to buy license to the user who will only access reports or dashboard for reporting.

Can I share my reports to Power BI Pro license user ?

 

Create a workspace with below screenshot configuration 

 

My question is , if my organisation buy Power BI Pro license for users. will they be able to access the reports ?

    Hi @ashmitp869 ,

     It depends on the workspace. If you are publishing reports to a pro workspace, then users will need a pro license to acess them. You will not be able to use premium per user features in a pro workspace. If you are publishing to a PPU workspace, then users will need PPU licenses.
