Hi all,
I have a table visualisation with many rows and a scroll bar on the right to go up and down. When i am exporting to pdf or powerpoint, only the first page of data is being exported.
The only solution i found is to export as csv from the visualisation. However then i have to stay importing in excel formatting the layout and export to a pdf from excel. However its laborious since many reports have to be done every month.
Is there a way in Power BI to export as a pdf the full list of records in a table visualisation ? it would be nice to export with 1 button all the pages content if there is a table or matrix with alot of records.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi, @KrisCachia
It’s my pleasure to answer for you.
I'm sorry that the current design is still flawed, and some ideas can't be implemented well. You can submit you idea here.Hope it will come in future soon.
Here are some workarounds:
a.If one page can fit data, you can use focus mode, then export to pdf.
b.Put the data to be exported separately in one visual of one page, and adjust the page you want to display appropriately, then export to pdf.
c.Use paginated reports in PBI Premium.(Need to purchase premium capacity or in premium workspace and have a pro license)
