Power BI from behind ForeFront TMG Proxy

Hi Team

I/m currently building a test machine to use Power BI. Unfortunately, I was unable to get it to work from behind a proxy. I'm using Forefront TMG as our proxy server.

Hi @mrhisam

From the error, It seems that your gateway has offine.

Please check if the gateway is offine?

In addition, you could try to restart the Gateway with the code below.

 net stop PBIEgwService

 net start PBIEgwService

Note: The default configuration works with Windows authentication. If your proxy uses another form of authentication, you will need to change the settings. If you are not sure, you should contact your network administrator.

Hi Cherry

It's offline. Service is started. Even after service restart, it is still offline.

This only happens when in normal network (behind proxy).
