Power BI freeze after executing an Edit on Query

I have a large table, i reduced the number of rows from 52m to 25m   everything went fine. but now when i make Edit Query and apply the changes it takes long time and keep counting the rows then to...

 I tried what the article suggest, but still have same problem exists. Just a side note, my PBIX file size is 1.2 GB

        using Sql server database connector instead of "ODBC" connector.
