Power BI export to Excel counting the blank cells

Hi everyone!

I am exporting a Power BI report to Excel but it's counting the blank cells too in Excel.

How do I avoid that Excel export to count the blank cells too?

Appreciate the help!

Hi @amitchandak

Thank you for your reply. Those rows are meant to be blank because they don't have data in that rows. However, when I exported the report in Excel, those blank cells are also counted as shown in the picture. This doesn't happen when we create a new Excel file and try highlighting the blank cells, Excel doesn't count them. It's only happening when a report with some blank rows/cells are exported from Power BI Embedded to Excel.

Hope that clarifies a bit more.
