Power BI - export data isn't working

Hi All!

Recently I have noticed that Power BI isn't exporting data. The organization where I work uses the embedded version, and when I try to export data, a pop-up appears indicating that the export was successful, but no files are exported. I looked in the download folder and no files were exported.

Am I missing something?

Hi @cintia_perrone ,

1.In the browser > Settings > Downloads, check if there is an exported file in that path.

2. Try again after changing to another browser.

Hi @cintia_perrone 

Please check power bi desktop file File > Option & Setting > Option

In Power BI Service, check this setting under Admin 

If not solved, go to your browser setting, change automatic download location to manual download location
Disable Popup blocker

I changed the report configuration as you suggested.

I checked the "Export to Excel" and "Export to csv" options in the portal admin and they are enabled. As the report is embedded, I've talked to the end user and the popups are disabled. I asked the user to perform a new test and it still has the same problem. Do you think there might be some other configuration?

No, isn't showing a popup to save the file. Only appears the popup that the file were exported.

Do you know if some configuration is missing?

@cintia_perrone, are you using power automate to export the data from Power BI sservice?
If yes, there is some issue with power automate, you can check the run history
