Power BI error

Hi guys,
Guys, today at around 10am in Brazil, I used Power BI desktop and it was working normally, in the afternoon I went to update some tables and nothing happened, on the start button nothing happened either. Would anyone know what could be happening?

Hi all,

@imermak , @kasife , @dimas-sumargono

It seems that you are all using the latest version from June. I installed the same version , and it can display the refresh window. I cannot reproduce your problem for the time being.

Hi @kasife ,

Regarding your question, after you click Refresh, does the following window not appear in Power BI desktop?

Here is my version.The connection mode is Import, it can refresh normally.

This may be an accidental problem. You can test it after restarting the computer. Or perform the same refresh operation on another computer to see if it is a computer problem.

If the connection mode you use is 'Direct query', and the amount of data is particularly large, you can try refreshing simple data first to see if the problem persists.You can also try to increase the cache limits.

1. Click Settings->Options->Global->Data Load to expose the "Data Cache Management Options".

2. Try increasing the Maximum allowed (MB):to 16000 (or about double what the current setting is)

You click this refresh button right? i think our problem is when we refresh a single table, not refresh all the table
