Hey everyone!
I have changed the type of almost 10 of my columns but power BI is merging them all in 1 step. do you know how can I expand it?

You can try to insert change type steps instead of add steps in order(every time you change the type of a column selecting the last step above change type. In my sample, it is source step):
And if you have any base knowledge about m-query , you can edit the type in advanced editor by Table.TransformColumnTypes function:

For each data type change yo make rename the step and then add a new step instead of Replace Current
