Power BI destop UTC local time and workspace has a time gap

In the Desktop application we can see the local time update but when we publish workspace but it did update detials but issue is after few hours we refresh workspace we can see time gap with the local time in the graphs

how can i fix this issue ?

To achieve the local time in power bi service, you need to add a time diff using dax. The dax function like now() will not return local time.
