Power BI desktop on responsive after opening.

IM SORRY, THIS IS NO LONGER AN ISSUE. APLOGIES TO ANYONE WHO STARTED RESVIEWING IT FOR ME

I have a one year old computer with 16 g memory. I've never had a problem with power b.I desktop opening it up and working with my various reports.

Today I start my computer. Activate pbi desktop, canvas appears,  but it's unresponsive. 

Not a single item can be activated, no matter what I click on. 

No error message,  nothing.  Rebooted the computer, tried it again.  Nothing. 

Opened up the Microsoft store and ran it from there. Same problem.

not even an error message. 

However when I activate powerbi.com, everything is working from there. Only the desktop software is a problem. 

Any help is appreciated.

I have no explanaation to pass on to you.  It just started working again.

This was a weird issue which is no longer a problem.  I hope no one spent any time on it and thank you .
