Power BI desktop integration with OneDrive and SharePoint not working

All OneDrive and SharePoint features are enabled for my tenant:

Preview features are enabled in my desktop app:

I am logged in and the share option appears in the top right corner of the app:

This is the app version:

I expect to see my OneDrive and Quick Access when opening or saving .pbix files similar to this:

However, what I actually see is this:

It's really frustrating.  What am I missing?
