Power BI desktop fail to start

My company recently changed the location of our My Documents folder from a shared drive to a One Drive location. Now my Power BI desktop software refuses to start. It complains that it is not able to read ...\My Documents\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors directory. The application just closes after the error message and fails to start.

I have uninstalled Power BI and re-installed it without success.

The directory exist and worked fine until my company decided to make the My Documents folder inaccessible. I need to tell Power BI to use another folder.

Hi @Wikus 

Where is your Power BI Desktop application installed? In the current My Documents folder, does "\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors" directory exist?
