    Hi Anonymous,

Have you tried using your account to login PBI Desktop which installed on other users' machine?

If you can login with other machines, I would suggest you reinstall the latest version of Power BI Desktop, and clear the temp files & installation folder to see if it works.

If you cannot login with any machine, I would suggest you create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com for better assistant on this issue. :smileyhappy:

    Regards

      Hi v-ljerr-msft,

This is happening intermittently to me and my other colleagues.

I have to close the file and reopen it and 95% it works.

My othe colleagues are having same issue on their machines and same solutions seems to have been working.

But the issue itself is quite frequent, say more than 30% of the time.

      Regards

      Edit:

I updated the October update this morning and the first thing happened was the same isssue, so even update isnt working.

how do I clear the temp folder and related stuff?

        Hi Anonymous,

This is a little weird. The Temp folder of Power BI Desktop should be

        C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Power BI Desktop

In addition, a new version of Power BI Desktop is released yesterday(10/9/2017). Could you also try this new version to see if the issue persists. :smileyhappy:

        Regards
