Power BI customize table columns horizontally

I have to create a table having number of fields should be display row-wise instead of column wise and relevant field information should come in next column instead of next row like Client A,B,C displayed in below table. I could not create such table by using current table and matrix visual. Can you please help me to do such table using any way?

Client                                                                   A                         B                             C

Project Number                                                    1                         2                             3

Please help me to suggest any resolution.
