Planning to build a dashboard on top of JIRA data. Need help to connect JIRA with Power BI Desktop/Service.

HI Anonymous
To connect to the JIRA content pack, simply choose JIRA from the list of available content packs. You will be asked to provide your JIRA URL and credentials. Once the connection has completed, Power BI will automatically create an out-of-the-box dashboard, report, and dataset with data from JIRA

You can also use Power BI's "Web -> Get Data" functionality and use the JIRA API. It can become more flexible.
Let's just use the URL of the API: EX: https://your_domain.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/search?jql=project=PROJECT_ID&maxResults=1000
And in the "HTTP request headers parameters" section. You type: "Authorization" in the first box, in the box on the right you write "Basic" and then "user:api_token" using base64. You can use an online tool for this.
Here's a post explaining how to do it: post-export-your-jira-issues-to-powerbi-without-extra-tools
