Power BI changes date values when published (not a format issue)

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with my report. This is a screen shot form Desktop applicaiton. As you can see, end date of the record is 5-4-2020.

When I publish report to web (https://app.powerbi.com/...), it changes the date value to 5-3-2020.

 I couldn't figure it out, why it changes the value. The original date in the data source is 5-4-2020.  I'm looking forward to hear recommendatiton form experts.
