I want to use field parameters in my Power BI report but I can't set these up as is a live connection.
Can I create field parameters (or similar) in SQL Server Analysis Services / Visual Studio 2017 cube in order to use these in Power BI ? If so, how ?
I know there has been a similar post on this before which doesn't work for my requirements as I want to allow users to be able to choose which dimensions/measures that appear on visuals (which is why bookmarks are not good enough) as per this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdTcj2jjk5I&ab_channel=ThePowerBIGuy
Versions:
Power BI desktop = June 2022
Visual Studio = 2017
